I think it's time we coordinated our efforts.

First, if anyone's seen anything in regards to Coraline's murder, please come forward. Send me a private transmission if you'd feel safer doing so. For now, a man named Brock Rumlow is the primary suspect due to him already having murdered someone else within the hotel. [a pause] Me.

He's 6 feet tall. Italian descent. Square chin, broad shoulders, very well built and muscular, has a five o clock shadow and a flattop.

Second, Anyone who's a good fighter, and I do mean good - He is not a man to be underestimated. He's well trained and deadly and could go toe-to-toe with an enhanced supersoldier - sign in here. My team is definitely going to go after him but having more help wouldn't hurt. At 0800 tomorrow, we'll start by sweeping the basement and move up from there until we find him.

As for the rest, stay in your rooms. Lock your doors. Keep in touch with your friends. If you suspect anyone is missing for whatever reason, let me know right away so a team can check on them to make sure they're all right.

[and it's there she'll find him seated in one of the chairs, ready to give her a slight smile and wave her over to the chair across from him.]

[Guess the nice thing about the hotel is it doesn't take long to get anywhere. Just a quick descent down the stairs and Gamora is entering the lobby to meet with Coulson. The first time she met him she didn't see any reason to distrust him. Now with this talk of killing going on between him and the other man she met, she's not sure what to think.

She walks over and sits in the chair, but she doesn't exactly look relaxed or comfortable. The subject matter is to blame, not the furniture.]

I hope you can clear this up for me.

[Coulson looks a little tired. The bruise on his temple is mostly faded but it's still testament to what happened to him]

HYDRA is an organization that formed during the second world war of Ear- Midgard. Originally their purpose was to maintain a master race - basically letting anyone with pale skin, blonde hair and blue eyes live while everyone else dies. But they strayed from that path and became their own entity. They wanted to make the world 'better'. [he lifts his hand to make quotation marks] And they didn't care about any of the innocent lives they had to mow down and step over to achieve world domination.

[She listens, but it's not all pertinent to her.]

This history of your feud is between SHIELD and HYDRA. I am not from Earth. Many people here know nothing about this war between you, but we have been exposed to it.

[It would be better if they kept it amongst themselves, in her opinion.]

You claim Rumlow murdered you, but you can offer no evidence but your own word. If I was to believe one of you, I think it would be you. At least you seem like the more trustworthy.

[There has to be an end to this, though. Somehow.]

If you catch him, what do you think would be proper punishment? If you kill him, he will return. If you jail him, you will have to guard him for... an eternity, maybe. I don't know.

[What is his end game?]

[Coulson breathes a sigh of relief at that, his shoulders slumping slightly]

Honestly, it's good to hear you say that. Thank you. I'll try not to make you regret it.

And, honestly, we were trying to keep it between just us but things got out of hand. [very out of hand.] I'm sorry for that. As for what we do with him... jailing seems to be the best option we have. Once we have him though, we can start looking into ways to get out of here, so it doesn't necessarily have to be forever.

[Gamora hopes she won't regret it, either. She hasn't decided how long she'll help with these matters, but since they're all trapped in the same place, she doesn't see much of a choice.]

This place likes to toy with us. Eventually, he'll escape and you'll have to track him down again.

My suggestion is you determine a sentence for his imprisonment, or better, take his life as revenge for taking your own.

As much as I'd like to go with that option, what would that accomplish? He'd just come back looking for revenge and then the process would never end.

I could try talking to him but HYDRA's goals seems pretty deeply ingrained in him.

[it definitely caused a headache talking to the guy]

If you could come to an agreement that it would be the end of it, then perhaps it would be. Continuing this would accomplish nothing for him, either.

[And they can't just keep going along this way when they have bigger concerns at hand.]

I'm sure he wants to leave this place as much as the rest of us. Working together might make that happen faster.
