No exists available.
So far, no staff.
Room service doesn't work.
Elevator doesn't work.
Screening room plays No Sferatu on a loop but the projector is too old school to admit that sort of setting.
Haven't tested where climbing out the windows takes us.

We've been kidnapped, no 'welcome' card will make up for it.
Why are we here: unknown.
Different realities? Timelines?
Some people will believe in magic but they won't buy a nineteen year old being the youngest zero-g mechanic in 52 years. (Glad to see sexism never dies.)
My scientific conclusion is that this is fucked up.
