[Merlin is going to forgo the camera option on the tablet, and the voice option. Why would he use those when there's a perfectly good text function that could be used that doesn't quite hide his identity, but at least people wouldn't be quick to put a face to the name.]

10-97 code no 1. 10-56 kitchen. 10-65. These things seem to work a treat but that's probably about all I can say about things working in this place. Not even the windows like to open, which I believe would be a problem further down the line should this place decide to get warmer. No staff and no way out, and I believe these are all things mentioned previously by others, and I doubt I would need to go through the same initiation rites as others may have. It's pretty obvious that if something can bring us here then they can work at keeping us here. I have bad news for them, and that it's people tend to work harder when they're stressed and this place is primed for just that. Hopefully no-one feels the need to die during our journey to find a way out. I wouldn't want to be cleaning that up. You can all keep the urge to murder your fellow inmates to yourself, we wouldn't want anything untoward happening and that would be counter-productive to the task at hand.

Should anyone feel the need to reply to this, then I want the details of what has been attempted so far and the results so I can go over them before looking further into this. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated in times such as this.

I've had similar concerns about having so many people confined like this. You're right about stress making people more creative in finding options out. I just arrived so I can't give you information on what's been tried but I want to help find a way out of here.

When people are caged up they will start taking their frustrations out on the nearest thing, and right now that just happens to be the rest of us. Something will have to give and quickly before it crumbles; this is how prison riots start except in this place there's no exit for it to filter out through.

After what happened with the Easter Eggs, it won't be long before the tension and fear starts pushing people into doing things they wouldn't normally consider. Something is going to have to be done to keep them from reaching that point.

Where I'm from, I'm a soldier. Hand to hand combat, bow, staff, blades. Normally I work with a small group of fighters and we end up having to improvise on missions. The lack of weapons is a nuisance but not a problem if I need one to defend myself or others. I have some experience with first aid. I also taught people how to fight.

Field Report: (since we was busy with the exploding easter eggs earlier)

tried picking all the locks of the doors downstairs;
pins were frozen and spring was missing, ultimately unsuccessful.
tried climbing the wall in the courtyard;
walls were slippery, fell on my arse, ultimately unsuccessful.
tried bashing a window;
glass refused to break, hurt my wrists a little, ultimately unsuccessful. best guess is its something stronger then bulletproof.

hotel folk are all either grumpy and surley, or think this entire thing is a laugh.
some are calling themselves "immortal beings"
there's no booze except this one ladys trying to make prison brew

I'm going to take a closer look at the glass panes in those windows. The idea of something being unbreakable is something I want to test, or at least study to see how it is that way.

Anyone who claims to be immortal is more than likely a few screws loose, I'd list them as the ones to be keeping an eye on. Anyone with an ego large enough to make such grandiose claims are going to be problem children further down the line. Doubly so when things don't go their way.

There are a few kids, at least one is named Coraline.

People here won't rally unless the person in question can give them a surefire way out of here, or a possibility. If someone came up with a great idea and shared it, everyone would rally. Until then, everyone is just another ambitious new person.

I'll look into it. I don't believe anyone even needs to know what my profession is or is not.

Two members of my team have been trapped here for two months. And now I and another member has been brought here. It seems whoever's behind this is capable of manipulating time and space, bringing people in from different timelines and universes.
