( he's a very serious, very scary, evil handed pirate, all right, and don't you dare forget it, but there are a few things that can unsettle even a pirate.

his heart may be black but it's still bloody there, and little wailing lasses that run from him the second he tries to get close stings, a little. does he really look so dastardly? or maybe she's just afraid. . .

either way you slice it, he's incredibly unnerved and at least a little bit concerned. )

Has anyone seen that wee girl? I tried to speak to her but the second I got close she ran off towards the stairs.

( he's looked for awhile. he's not even sure how she could move so damn fast, and suddenly be so silent. he could have sworn. . . )

She's got to be around somewhere. A tiny little thing, seemed upset. I can't be the only one that saw her.

[ The feed starts out pitch black but give it a minute and ignore those sounds in the background. After a minute of this the feed snaps on to reveal what seems to be a young man in a bowtie. He adjusts the screen a bit and sits back in a chair to address everyone. ]

Hullo everyone! Seems we've all been given a means to communicate-that's new. Definitely a step up from last time I landed in a hotel with no exit. Anyway! I'm in need of a bit of assistance-you see I've misplaced my police box-if you see it just let me know-don't open it and don't touch anything inside if you do. It's blue and says 'police' on it. I'd say you can't miss it if you see it but the perception filter might be on so I can't say.

[ He claps his hand together and moves on from the subject like it's perfectly normal. ]

That out of the way, I'm the Doctor, I suppose I'll be around in room 319 if anyone needs me-or somewhere around. I like meeting new people and since we're all going to be neighbours anyways, might as well get to know each other, right?
