( he's a very serious, very scary, evil handed pirate, all right, and don't you dare forget it, but there are a few things that can unsettle even a pirate.
his heart may be black but it's still bloody there, and little wailing lasses that run from him the second he tries to get close stings, a little. does he really look so dastardly? or maybe she's just afraid. . .
either way you slice it, he's incredibly unnerved and at least a little bit concerned. )
Has anyone seen that wee girl? I tried to speak to her but the second I got close she ran off towards the stairs.
( he's looked for awhile. he's not even sure how she could move so damn fast, and suddenly be so silent. he could have sworn. . . )
She's got to be around somewhere. A tiny little thing, seemed upset. I can't be the only one that saw her.

Re: Action
[She heads down into the stairwell, agreeing with his assessment of the lobby.]
Still, anything that disappears and reappears isn't typically a sign of anything good.
Re: Action
( Hook has met the most terrifying child of all, but he's really more of a teenager than a child, and in the end he was a full grown man in a child's body, which is just. . . creepy. in general, he doesn't see how children are creepy, though.
he follows after her, offering a reluctant, )
If she is a ghost, should we not exercise her like you did with. . .
( does he get points for not going into what happened at Regina's seance? )
Re: Action
[She takes a breath and lets it out, trying not to be tense with him. It isn't him, it's this place. Right?]
If she's a ghost we...tell her to move on into the white light or something.
Re: Action
( he just heard it through the Charming grapevine, he hadn't witnessed the exorcism. he's really never dealt with ghosts before, don't you have to help them resolve what keeps them from moving on? ),/small>
She's crying, troubled by something. Perhaps it's a matter of solving why she's upset and then she'll go to the. . . ( heavens? something? he doesn't bloody know. )
Re: Action
[Yeah, it's grim, but. Regina's not feeling that optimistic about things.]
Sorry. My mother's ghost didn't leave me with a lot of confidence in the art of ghost busting.
no subject
( he says it with an open tone, like he might be talking just as much to himself. he's taking all this awfully seriously; the little ghost girl has hit him harder than he likes to admit.
it's just the second bit that breaks him out of it. )
If she's a ghost, I doubt you can . . . bust her.
( so not what she meant, pirate. )
